Hi Blog,

the last time I was here is in Nov 2012.
Seriously, time flies~ 7 months in OC already.
So many things happened and there were quite a bit of changes to my life.

Maybe i should share a bit of the life of an MS.
Basically, a MS has not much life. We do the following from Mon to Sun:

• showflat after showflat on weekdays and weekends (riversails, waterbay, QBay, Village, D'Nest, Citylife, Echelon....ETC)
• service customers / agents 
• paperwork
• follow-up
• attend events (KBox, conference, DND, amazing race)
• distribute namecards
• numerous valuation to match and phone calls to answer, even though its 8am in the morning, 11pm at night, and even weekends.

Since a MS has no life, many still stay because of the flexibility in timing, and the commission. (my own opinion)

Some just have the motivation to keep going (which i really have no idea what exactly is motivating them, since we really get a lot of shit stuffs). Ultimately, i guess its the power of money again. sigh.

I am going to have a tough week ahead. :( got to go D'nest every single day at Pasir Ris.

and my back really hurts.
