he is my hero :)
he was tall and strong and we often accompany each another back then.
we always stand by the window to look at cars. he taught me how to use his big black abacus. i like to eat his favourite food- mua lao. Each month when my dad gave him $60, he would give me $10. my mum says that i was the only one that can sit on his bed.
maybe it was because my grandma, someone great that i don't have the chance to meet at all, passed away a year before i was born, and that my grandpa feels that i'm here to accompany him ?
whatever it is, i love him for caring and giving me the love and protection when i was young.
he passed away when i was in primary school, and i remember that i don't even dare to cry at that point of time cause i felt that it was embarrassing. i'm so bad.
he left us when he was ard 90 years old. thank god that he did not suffer from any illnesses. He left us when we were all sleeping. The maid woke him up the in the morning but there was no response.
my ah gong, he wears a white single, black long pants, thick black-frame specs. he is handsome to me :).
i had a meal with him just now. i felt i did.
mum kind of invited him down to had his meal.. i feel that i could eat tgt at the same time with him.
when i'm still not done, i told my mum that he haven't finish yet too.
but mum went to ask, so that she can burn the money. she asked 2 times, both not ready yet.
after i finished my food, i told her that ah gong is done alr.
she went to ask and YES, he is done too!
i felt so happy.
he is the only one that can lecture my dad. i hope he is still around some times, so that he can scold my dad.
for always scolding my dama and not treating her nice etc
i'm sure my ah gong can see that my dama deserves way better.
despite the wide generation gap, i'm glad that i had the chance to meet u, and i hoped that i had bring joy to you in your late years. :)
